Organic Pinot Blanc selected from the Schricker Bergen vineyard in the aptly named Weinviertel (wine district). Natural fermentation in 500l barrels, malolactic conversion for added creaminess and then left for a whole year on the lees and bottled unfiltered. Elegant, aromatic and intense, 93 points in renowned Austrian wine magazine Falstaff.

Since 2007, Else Zuschmann and Peter Schöfmann have been passionately dedicated to crafting artisanal sparkling wines. The chalky soils and cool climate of the Weinviertel, combined with their organic farming practices, provide the ideal foundation for grapes of the highest quality.

As a 17-hectare sparkling wine estate, they personally oversee every step — from vine to bottle.
