Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage or quality concerns related to our baked goods or pantry items.

If there is an issue, email our team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Our quality control team will review your claim to determine if a replacement or refund is applicable based on the condition of the perishable items.
